I'm Alex, developer and founder of Thumbsmith.

I bootstrapped this service in 2021 after scratching my own itch to have an easy solution to og:images for my various sites. I wanted something that was truly "drop-in" for sites of any tech stack, that could scale for large sites with hundred of thousands of pages, and that could handle any traffic thrown at it.

I've been having a blast slowly but steadily growing it into a full-fledged public online service using feedback from the users and the people around me.
